Project Overview

I’m sharing my side project, Homeschool Tools, a homeschool curriculum and recommendations site. The platform uses AI to provide recommendations and generate meta‑reviews of curriculum options (think Metacritic for education). So far, the results have been impressive, and I hope the site will help homeschoolers make better, easier decisions.

Technology Stack

  • Gemini – used for web search and generating curriculum recommendations.
  • Claude – employed for writing content and developing the site.

Working on this project has given me insight into which large language models (LLMs) are best suited for specific tasks.

Community Call

If you have education‑related projects or ideas to share, or opinions about which LLMs work best for particular use cases, I’d love to hear from you!
