About the Role
Our users depend on reasoning systems powered by a metadata‑enriched database and a scalable backend. Working directly with the CTO, you will own the database pillar—building autonomous data‑enrichment pipelines, delivering secure and efficient data services, and collaborating with teams responsible for reasoning and interface layers. This is a high‑trust, innovation‑focused environment where technical and cultural fit are equally important.
Responsibilities
- Architect backend services for scalable, reliable pre‑processing of documents consumed by reasoning systems.
- Design and deliver novel data models that enable advanced reasoning.
- Maintain interfaces optimized for coding agents and other service layers.
- Ensure production reliability, managing zero‑downtime deployments via our PaaS layer on Kubernetes.
- Contribute to automated infrastructure (coding agents, preview environments, testing, etc.).
- Develop safe‑operation patterns for agents in constrained, secure environments.
- Adapt focus as the team scales, emphasizing the aspects you enjoy most.
- Collaborate with a cross‑disciplinary group of A‑player technologists.
