Introduction
Imagine spending far less time inside the scanner and still getting a clear picture of what’s going on. By taking fewer measurements, MRI scans can become much faster, cheaper, and less stressful for patients.
What is fastMRI?
A group of researchers released fastMRI, a large public dataset of raw scan data and everyday clinical images so computers can learn to rebuild pictures from less information. The dataset includes a short, plain introduction for people who work with machine learning but have never touched medical scans before.
