Day 2 – Legality and Foundations

With the project brief completed, Day 2 focused on legality and foundational setup.

I spent the day researching the legal implications of this type of SaaS. The key conclusion was the need for a clear Terms of Service, to be drafted after backend development once features are fully defined.

After finalizing that decision, I initialized the repository and completed the standard project setup.
