Apple's iPhone Air MagSafe battery pack drops to an all-time-low price

Overview
Despite its supremely sleek design, the iPhone Air actually has a respectable battery life—around 27 hours of continuous video streaming. However, you may still worry about it dying during a trip or a screen‑heavy day. Apple’s iPhone Air MagSafe Battery Pack, currently on sale for $79, addresses this concern.
The accessory works exclusively with the iPhone Air and maintains the phone’s slim profile at 7.5 mm thick, so it doesn’t add bulk that defeats the purpose of a thin device. The MagSafe Battery Pack holds 3,149 mAh, providing roughly 65 % additional charge to the Air. It can also wirelessly charge the AirPods Pro 3, making it a versatile travel companion, and you can charge your iPhone while the pack itself is charging.
At its regular price of $99, the MagSafe Battery Pack is a premium add‑on, but the $20 discount makes it a compelling option. Engadget’s Sam Rutherford described it as an “essential accessory” for some users in his iPhone Air review.
While many Apple loyalists prefer first‑party accessories, there are numerous third‑party MagSafe chargers available at lower prices. See Engadget’s guide for more options.
