Apples iMac could get fun Neo-like colors this year

Silver, Blush, Citrus, and Indigo are the four colors that Apple’s new affordable laptop, the MacBook Neo, now comes in.

According to a Bloomberg report from Apple insider Mark Gurman, Apple may also be planning a new color palette for the iMac later this year.

Recent iMac updates

• Apple introduced the M1 iMac in 2021.
• The iMac skipped the M2 generation entirely and received no upgrade in 2022.

Historically, the iMac was known for its signature aquamarine blue, but the current lineup emphasizes a broader palette.

Gurman reports that Apple is looking at a “refreshed color palette” for the iMac, possibly mirroring the Neo’s shades (Silver, Blush, Citrus, Indigo). It is not yet clear whether the exact Neo colors will be offered for the iMac.
