Apple Watch now available with discounted education pricing in select markets

Apple is rolling out a big change to the Education Store today. For the first time, the Apple Watch is now available with a discount for students and teachers in select markets.

Education Store Discount Availability

Starting today, the Apple Watch can be purchased with a discount via the Education Store in the following countries:

• Australia
• China (via Alipay)
• Hong Kong
• Japan
• Malaysia
• Singapore
• South Korea
• Taiwan
• Thailand
• Vietnam

Verification Requirements

Apple is now requiring verification through the Education Store in Hong Kong and Australia. Previously, verification was required in all the markets listed above except Hong Kong and Australia. Apple is collaborating with UNiDAYS for this verification process. You’ll need to provide proof of eligibility before making a purchase from the Education Store.

• Apple Watch Series 11 – A$609 (regular price A$679)
• Apple Watch SE 3 – A$369 (regular price A$399)
• Apple Watch Ultra – A$1,259 (regular price A$1,399)

Availability in Other Markets

The Apple Watch is not available via the Education Store in markets outside the list above.
