Apple Seeds Fourth Betas of iOS 26.4 and iPadOS 26.4 to Developers

Apple today seeded the fourth betas of the upcoming iOS 26.4 and iPadOS 26.4 updates to developers for testing purposes, a week after the third betas were released.

Registered developers can download the betas from the Settings app on the iPhone or iPad by going to General → Software Update.
Key New Features
- Playlist Playground in Apple Music lets you generate songs for any idea, mood, emotion, or activity using a text‑based prompt.
- Concerts Near You helps you find local shows.
- Redesigned album and playlist pages now display full‑page artwork.
- Apple Podcasts adds native video podcasting capabilities, enabling creators to produce, distribute, and monetize video episodes while retaining personalized recommendations and editorial suggestions.
- Apple is testing end‑to‑end encryption for RCS (Rich Communication Services), initially for iPhone‑to‑iPhone and iPhone‑to‑Android conversations.
- Stolen Device Protection is now enabled by default.
- New ambient music widget for the Home Screen.
- Average bedtime metrics added to the Sleep app.
