Apple launches Partner Discovery Tool to help businesses find resellers and consultants

The Apple Partner Discovery Tool will help businesses and governments find authorized resellers and technical partners to support device purchasing, deployment, and IT management.

As announced today on LinkedIn by Christy Jones, Apple’s Head of US Enterprise and Government Sales, the new Partner Discovery Tool is designed to connect customers with qualified resellers and technical partners across the Apple Partner Network:

Apple Partner Network is the company’s program that makes it easier to find “qualified partners that offer key services from device procurement to life cycle management and technical support.”

Service availability varies by country. In the U.S., the Apple Partner Network connects businesses and government organizations with business and technical partners, while in Brazil, the program also includes partners serving the education sector.

Back to the new Partner Discovery Tool, it asks users a few questions, and then surfaces a list of partners best suited to their needs.

From the results page, customers can further refine the list using filters for partner type, capabilities, supported products, and location, making it much easier to navigate partner listings that, depending on the country, can include hundreds of results.
