Google is porting a tidbit from its Pixel Watch to the notification shade on Pixel phones with the Android 17 update, now live in the latest beta.

On Pixel Watch, swiping away all of your notifications leads to a message saying “You’re all caught up!” accompanied by a small trophy icon—a fun way to indicate you’ve cleared your notifications.

In Android 17 Beta 4, Google has replaced the long‑standing “No notifications” message on Pixel phones with the same “You’re all caught up!” message from the Pixel Watch. The change is subtle but adds a nice, cohesive touch across the ecosystem. Whether other Android devices will adopt it remains to be seen, but it appears to be a Pixel‑only tweak for now.

Graciously, the hidden shortcut for notification history still works. Tapping “You’re all caught up!” or the trophy icon opens your notification history.
