(주)이투바이오(대표 조태윤)는 지난 9일 두젠바이오 회의실에서 레드원테크놀러지(주), (주)한국생명과학연구소, (주)두젠바이오와 함께 국내 자생식물 및 해양천연소재의 공동연구와 글로벌 사업화를 위한 합작법인 설립 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 자생 소재인 팔선초와 세모가사리에 대한 과학적 검증을 기반으로 기능성 제품을 개발하고, 국내외 시장에서 실질적인 사업 성과를 창출하는 것을 목표로 한다.
